In the unlikely event that you need to return a damaged, incorrect or faulty product please contact our team within 5 days of receiving your order via email at info@essential23.com.
If a product you have purchased from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 15 days along with proof of purchase and we will provide a store credit or a replacement product will be issued. Please note : unless the product is damaged, incorrect or faulty we will not cover shipping costs. We will process the exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
